My hometown Lethbridge has an amazing 360 view at the top of the water tower in Rics Grill. You are right, Soooo cool. Also the “high level bridge” is where we would dare each other to climb up as kids. My brothers were gutsiest of all! I looked good trying, though I only did a couple of levels.

Sounds like a missed opportunity for me to read to you, when your excessive laughter made it difficult to read!!! Funny story ! It was an exact description from a page out of our house!
